Injured people beware! I suffered a life changing injury with solid video evidence and was accused of lying by 1 of shines barristers. He didn’t watch all of my evidence and was extremely rude to top it off. When I expressed concerns about said barrister I was made to believe I’m being very difficult because all barristers are the same. Then after getting through that fight, I do their job for them have my video evidence zoomed in and slowed down. It clearly shows I slip on my right leg. Now shine agrees I slipped, but it wasn’t my right leg it was my left. Then charged me to argue with me over it for nearly a year. I had to argue with my team to get them to argue with the defence.The Shine Solicitors I dealt with are very condescending with I’m a to cool for school attitude. They were also very rude to my wife on several occasions. Over promise, under deliver and over charge but only want cases don’t have to work for.It was nothing short of ridiculous while my family and I go through a life changing situation. To say it has effected mine and my family’s mental health is an understatement!This place Sucks……

I rang a few places for help though none felt genuine, then I rang Shine and spoke to Ashton Spaulding. Ashton made no promise apart from doing his best to get me the best result possible. Had a 5 year long claim just settle, I first interviewed with Garreth Turner from at the time Townsville office. Was very comforting and knowledgeable. I got to know Harley Forbes which is who I dealt with over this long period as someone I trusted with anything I was to say, she is excellent I mean it. Justin turner then stepped in on the second half of the claim and was really helpful when it came to explaining anything, pushed me to fight for more and actually made me feel as if my life meant more then what they were trying to value it as.
