Lovely friendly pub. Staff are very pleasant and I was able 2 order a bowl of chips right on the dot of 2pm. Gravy option too at .no extra charge. Very lovely would be back here for sure.

Great atmosphere, Mark the publican is a good ole character, almost as much as the old country pub itself.Very comforting and children friendly.They have a huge range of chicken or beef parmigiana's.I'll be coming back again and again.

Friendly publican in an historic hotel in a tiny town struggling to survive. Has good pub meals Friday eve, Sat and Sunday as well. Recommended to visit for a pleasant and pretty drive. Free camping at the rec reserve. Close to Benalla

So, we were out for Mother’s Day lunch, there were about 3 other tables including us. We had finished ordering while the other families were arriving for their bookings. By the time we got our meals all the other families had eaten and gone.:.... so we waited almost 2 hours for our meals and they forgot one of them. and The meals looked pretty ordinary. The staff were nice but we probably won’t be coming back

It took 2 hours to get our lunch and the meat was undercooked. Also outside area needed a clean . It was off putting to see bird excrement around.

Great pub , great food, wonderful staff and lovely locals. One of the best meals we have had in a pub for a long time.Can't wait to got back.
