Had a really unfortunate experience today (Dec 30) and wasted 30 mins walking here to receive no massage at all. I rang last night and asked to book in a 60 min massage through my health fund. I made it clear I wanted to claim to use the rest of my funds before the year is out. I booked for 10am and when I arrived there, the young girl had no idea about health funds, couldn't use the machine (I had to help her, but I thought..'no worries'). All of it was a waste of time as she reveals she had no qualification to provide a claim back to a health fund. She rings the boss and puts me on. The experience was awful. She blamed me for the health fund not working; told me that she didn't care if I wrote a bad review...actually encouraged me to...didn't explain why she had someone on who cannot accept the health fund claim and gave no solution to the problem. She told me to have a massage and pay the $90. She gave no options eg saying, Hey I stuffed up with this booking...have a massage for $30

words can not describe how amazing this massage was. I wanted to tske her home with me. Thank you 100x for making me feel better.

Best massage place on the central coast, they use hot stones Aswel and it’s amazing!! The ladies are always very welcoming and lovely!! Best massage ever! I will say one thing though, sometimes there is a bit of chit chat going on and it’s a little distracting when you’re trying to relax, although the ladies are amazing so I don’t mind but from others I have heard the same review! Thanks again & I’ll be back 5 stars for sure!

Brilliant massages for both my partner and myself. He had a deep tissue with Kitty and said it was the best he'd ever had. Kitty worked on the sore spots and he came away feeling sore but definitely better. I had an oil massage which left me feeling very relaxed and any muscle soreness completely gone. Highly recommend Siam Smile. Will be returning regularly.
