The staff are highly professional, positive, friendly, and very helpful at all times. No customer request is too hard. I find the staff quite knowledgeable on a various amount of subjects and the products for sale.There are a very large selection of items for all ages in the store which provide for a wide customer base. The website is very well designed and easy to navigate which makes perusing the stock or buying on-line an easy process. You have the flexibility to have items posted to you or just go to the store and pick them up.Access to Frontline Hobbies in Broadmeadow is excellent and there is plenty of car parking in the vicinity of the building.If you would like a very good experience in an “Aladdin’s Cave” full of items for all ages please do yourself a favour and visit Frontline Hobbies. Allow yourself or your family plenty of time as there is a lot see see!

I am impressed with the online ordering system and your speed of service. One small problem I had was an item ordered was placed on (indefinite) backorder. I had to raise it with Frontline twice. However I received a speedy refund, so overall a good company to deal with.

I have purchased many car and truck model kits from Frontline in the past and have always found them to be very accommodating. Their website is easy to navigate, their range is vast and their delivery system is excellent. Packages always arrive well packed and on time. I also like the fact that you can back order and pay for a model up front and you can use your accrued points towards your purchases.
