Baby Bunting Gepps Cross

Disappointed with the service for the car seat that was recommended to us, they fitted it and said it was suitable for our small car. Everytime we put our baby in and take her out her arms and legs get stuck. Wish there was more professional and better informed help for first time parents

The way they treated me was worse. Rude service. Not going to visit this store again.

I see without management about on a Sunday, staff can do whatever they want.We genuinely need assistance, motion for it but are ignored by staff standing at the checkout chatting amongst themselves while there is no one to serve. We ask the new girl on the floor she hasn't had enough training is willing to help any way possible but she too gets ignored by the staff on the counter. 40 minutes between walking in the door finding what we want but are unsure. Then a lady comes out while we have a crying child ready to leave. Only then are they willing to help. Why is it so hard n your stores to get assistance. Mile end store has it covered 100%. We won't be going back to the Gepps cross store again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful when I was picking up items for my 4 month old.

I was very disappointed that the stock showing online was inaccurate to available stock. And then when order online and confirmed. I received no correspondence to inform me they had no stock available and according to policy CANNOT transfer stock between stores. What type of company can’t transfer stock between their own stores?

I wont be shopping here again. We have spent thousands on prams, car seats, cots, the lot but we bought a baby brezza water warmer machine that is approx $70 and after less than 8 weeks the thing has caused us nothing but grief. The flow of water slows to a trickle even though it's full, and twice it has leaked overnight all over my counter. I took it into the store (packaging like new with instructions and receipt) and asked for a refund or replacement. The staff would not do either because when they looked at it out the back for 5 minutes it didn't leak. They told me they weren't going to be able to get a credit from the supplier so they couldn't replace mine. They told me I needed to get a video of it leaking or contact the supplier myself (and when I asked yes she said video it overnight).I have worked in retail for 15+ years and would never expect my customer to be doing this for a faulty product. It is the store who should be contacting their supplier and as the customer I didn't feel I was being unreasonable I was happy with just a replacement if not a refund. It is unethical and ridiculous, and obviously this store doesn't understand customer service.

We came in to Gepps Cross store yesterday 26/03 and I must say we were blown away with the incredible customer service provided by Gaynor. She was absolutely fantastic and went through any questions we had with such knowledge! I have a few pregnant friends and have messaged them all to come to your store and ask for her because she was just AMAZING! Thank you so much Gaynor for making our experience so wonderful and helping us being first time expecting parents.

*Car seat installation *I don't and won't recommend Baby Bunting Gepps Cross whatsoever, after paying for installation I was told certain things like a certain strap should always be tight and such. My son was never comfortable and I took it as the price for safety. Within months my son had a growth spurt and I was happy to pay again with the assumption professionals" would be able to help. My husband took it and received another worker who freaked out at the car seat saying it had been installed incorrectly that whole time and there was a lot of changes
