After spending time to get new apps and making the necessary moves to make payment to their new pay system, the following day with the carrier waiting to collect 260kms away, got advise that they could not issue address information to carrier as they had not received the payment, requesting a new payment be made via credit card, in order for the carrier to load up, with them having to refund the original payment when in their account.Will I use their services again???.....Had to give them one star to be able to submit this report!!

Had a 20ft caravan trucked from Brisbane to Adelaide. Communication was easy and cost was better than if we had to take time off work to drive and pickup the van ourselves. Would use again. Very happy.

1st time user and the account set up and whole obtain quotes process went pretty well.Got multiple quotes, a competitive price and choice of transport style options to suit my needs. So far so good, lets see how the pick up delivery goes?
