I stumbled across technical difficulties with my laptop while trying to submit an assessment for Uni, just hours before the deadline… I contacted John via messenger late Sunday evening and could not believe my eyes when just minutes later he was on the phone offering support and troubleshooting advice.In all honesty, I have never experienced customer service to this degree.I cannot praise or recommend JM Computer Repairs highly enough. Excellent and professional service from JM Computer Repairs. Honesty is the best policy. My old PC Tower was reaching its end life and John gave me the option of repairing or upgrading to a new one. I chose to upgrade and am very pleased with my decision. My computer was practically unusable and I was stressing so much for my workload and by the end of the day I was back up and running. His prompt and efficient work ethic is totally appreciated and I highly recommend his services. Give JM Computer Repairs a go you will not be disappointed.

Honest local business which is doing a better job than any large corporation. Big thank you from a happy customer! Brought in my old broken HP laptop on Saturday 5 pm hoping that it could be repaired and used as a controller for my CNC machines. John looked at it and called me literally at 10.00 am next morning (on Sunday!) advising that he already disassembled the computer and found that the motherboard was cactus. Luckily there was a refurbished Toshiba laptop with even better specs than my old one available which I gladly accepted. So, at the end I got rid of old junk in my house and received a fully functional computer instead for a very affordable price. Great service, fantastic response time, I would 100% recommend JM Computer Repairs to my friends. Thanks a lot for your work, really appreciate that!

Needed an urgent fix on my Sons laptop after a regular system update caused it to crash via the “blue screen of death”…Not only did John respond to my message within minutes, he then took the time to explain the process and offered me the opportunity to update this slow-performing laptop for a fraction of the price I was being quoted elsewhere.I cannot recommend this company highly enough. In a world where far too many companies would stop at nothing to rip people off, finding one that has morals and still holds the value of the customer at the forefront - is an absolute breath of fresh air !Thanks a million to John and the team. I will never go any place else- you can count on that.
