GroundUp Studio Gungahlin

I highly recommend GROUNDUP and specifically the Gungahlin location!They offer such a wide variety of classes taught by considerate and expert teachers. Classes are accessible for all levels and abilities. They are challenging and fun! I love all of the additional experiences they offer, especially the new/full moon circles!The studio itself is so aesthetically pleasing and equipped with the highest quality equipment.The customer care team always goes above and beyond to ensure members are looked after and happy!There’s nowhere else I’d rather go!

GroundUp Gungahlin is a great studio! I love the range of different yoga styles on offer and the pilates classes are fun too. I appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly instructors. It has a relaxing atmosphere too.

Been going to GroundUp Gungahlin since the beginning of the year and it is my favourite Pilates Studio in Canberra! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, you feel very comfortable there. Love the yoga classes with Yvonne and the pilates classes with Megan, Erin and Kriztina! They have a really good class range with timings to suit everyone.

I have been a member at GROUNDUP Gungahlin for a month now. From the beautiful studios to the lovely instructors I’ve really enjoyed coming into GROUNDUP. I always feel challenged and a bit sore after my classes and am already beginning to feel stronger. I especially recommend if you’re looking flexibility - on the days when I don’t feel like going to pilates I have the option to use the club lime gyms as part of the dual membership. Can’t recommend enough!

I have been coming to GroundUp Gungahlin since Dec last year. Classes are fun and challenging, and tutors are friendly and helpful! I have been doing mat pilates for the past three years. Then the first time I tried reformer pilates at GroundUp I immediately loved it.

This is an amazing studio for pilates reformer. The instructors are very knowledgeable and give options for all the moves. As I am approaching 50, working on my core, balance, flexibility and strength has been amazing and i am noticing the benefits in a short amount of time. I can't recommend it more highly!

Terrible customer service. Tried to speak with them regarding their clients using up the child care parking across the road in peak hour and was told it's not their problem. Have approached numerous clients when I've seen them and have consistently been told they were told to park there by the studio staff. Terrible look to the community.

I've been coming to GroundUp Gungahlin since it opened in Nov 22 and I love it. I was a bit worried about starting at a new studio because I'm getting older (51) and don't fit the typical yoga / pilates type but everyone is welcomed there and I have felt nothing but supported. The classes are varied and at a great range of times, and I could not love the instructors more - they all have different energy bring something different to the pilates and yoga classes that I find both challenging and nuturing. The added sessions like sound baths and mindfulness classes have been super educationa and it feels like being part of a real community, not just a gym.

Love the GROUNDUP studios. The classes are awesome and the manager Teneesha is the best!
