The Garden Botanicus Perfectus

With just two weeks' notice, they were able to track down the flowers I'd hoped to have in my bridal bouquet. No other florist I'd visited in Canberra had been able to order them. They made them into an exquisite arrangement on the morning of my wedding, despite an already busy agenda, and charged a very reasonable price.

My two daughters and I have shopped at this nursery since we moved to Canberra last year as they have lovely products - mostly quite over priced - but in every interaction with the staff here over at least a dozen visits we have experienced a level of unnecessary rudeness that is now too much to bare without comment. The women on the florist bench are the rudest I have ever struck- when asked even the most basic service question.My daughter went there yesterday to buy Mother’s Day flowers and was not only treated abominably she overheard the way other customers were spoken to and left to get flowers elsewhere. BTW - Mother’s Day bouquet cost $120 unbelievable and we are from Sydney!!

Great little nursery. They have an amazing pot recycling program where you can recycle your plastic pots or take some for free from their piles.Customer service isn't the best. Staff is not friendly. Also a litte expensive compared to other small nurseries in Piallago.Good range of outdoor plants. Small range of indoor plants

Fantastic and very personable service in providing beautiful fresh flower arrangements. They are my go-to to put together beautiful bunches of flowers for my many family and friends in ACT. Always reliable. Always exceed expectations.

Super friendly staff, and a great range of both indoor and outdoor plants. Their plant prices are verg reasonable and it's a good spot to pick up gifts.

Really helpful young man. The rest of the staff have some kind of bamboo stuck up their you know what. Myself and two other friends have independently had the same experience with the older woman, who presumably owns it. Patronising, offhand and not as knowledgeable as she likes to make out. When you're paying such ridiculous prices, you'd expect the bare minimum of customer service. Kind of leaves you gobsmacked. I left the other day struggling in the rain with heavy things I was trying to stack up, while the male owner saw, completely ignored me and slid shut the door.

Wide selection of indoor plants, outdoor plants, basic gardening necessities, fresh flower bouquets, and dried flower bunches. The staff were lovely.

Love the Garden Botanicus in Dickson. It is my local nursery and also as a bonus has beautiful gifts, cards and cut flowers.The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, professional.and provide excellent service. Definitely recommend.

So expensive! It looks like they doubled their prices before a sale.Dishonest. They've got no idea how to care for carnivorous plants, and they marked up the plants they didn't manage to kill.
