Really enjoyed a short visit, tasting some really interesting Australian whisky (and gin). Josh at the cellar door was generous with his time and knowledge. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for some quality local spirits.

Purchased a bottle of Sexy Samba whiskey which had been in a muscat cask.It was absolutely fantastic.Unfortunately now sold out. Will have to try a new product.Michael who looked after us was fantastic and definitely knows his products. Definitely worth a visit

Most beautiful, chilled afternoon with the friendliest and most professional service we've come across in hospitality in a long time. Darcy at the Cellar Door is funny, knowledgeable and lovely. Josh, the man that knows every barrel....Restaurant staff humorous and welcoming, food fantastic. Definite local spot now for fantastic gin, vodka, whiskey, food and service. Thankyou!

First visit to Cut Hill and it didn't disappoint. Front of house Darcy was welcoming, knowledgeable and a major reason for us to go back. Also met Josh who knew just as much about whiskey as I did!Restaurant staff amazing and food sensational. Do yourself a favour.

Arrived early for tastings but were made welcome by staff .Josh made the tasting experience very interesting with his knowledge and presentation. We really enjoyed ourselves
