I looked online at their range of dresses and went in person to try those on. The process was easy and professional from booking the appointment to picking up the dress. It looked stunning and was in good condition. I returned it three days later via the return chute at the store.

I booked in an appointment and had to drive fairly far to get there. The owner then never showed up for my appointment. I messaged her and called her and no response. I have still never heard why she didn't show up which I find quite unprofessional.

Shockingly disorganised, incompetent and unreliable. Ordered a dress for a function 6 weeks before the event. They failed to deliver. No apology.AVOID!!!

This was my first time renting a gown. I tried it on but looks can be deceiving. When I picked it up, the night before the event, I pulled it out of the bag, and much to my wondering eyes did appear, the gown was filthy, all around the hem. I did my best to wash it, then I had to hem it, to hide the stains. This was on the day of the event between working and keeping a heavy schedule. It would seem to me that a business such as One Night Stand, that advertisers itself as a premier gown rental service on the Gold Coast, would think better of itself and its moral and ethical obligation to the public good, than to take better control of its inventory process than this. Perhaps, this necessitates the need for a new inventory system to engender better service and hospitality to the public.Ann M. Zamp

Had to hire a last minute dress. Make a booking, found the fit and returned the next day. All easy and the staff were lovely. They fixed a tear in the dress before I took it away.

Ordered and paid online weeks in advance and they forgot to send the dress.When I called 3 days before the event to ask why I hadn’t received shipping tracking updates as promised, they said it ‘must’ve slipped through the cracks’ and then they were unable to get the dress to me in time. Please don’t trust this business.

The owner was lovely but she did not seem interested in what I wanted or that I was even there. I went to try on one dress and there was multiple seems ripped. The dress looked old and not cared.
