I have to say, last week I came in to buy a tattslotto ticket and was served by the nicest young man, Christopher. A true gem. He was busy and on his own but he still took the time to smile, laugh and make chit chat with everybody. Such a pleasant experience. Even though Ivanhoe is a little out of my way I will try my best to get most of my tickets from him in the future. I believe he works most weekday afternoons. Thank you Christopher!

This is the best newsagency ever. There are so many items to choose from. It's your one stop shop. Great for gifts, jewellery, books, mags, lotto, treats...the list goes on and on. All served with a friendly smile from lovely people who go over and above to help you. Only problem is they haven't sold me a winning lotto ticket yet but they've sold it to several others! They promise me it will be soon.

I couldn’t find my usual magazine. The newsagent called the seller then called me at home to let me know that production was suspended. Very good of him to let me know that there might be some hope of getting them Australian artist’ some time in the future.

Never had such an excellent retail experience in a Lotto - Newsagency with the emphasis being on the customer experience. The owners, David and Sue and their awesome team, offer their customers the complete shopping experience by offering great service and a vast array of newspapers & goods including giftware, stationery, magazine's, cards, games etc. and of course - Lotto tickets!
