Would highly recommend very professional, clean, tidy but also extremely comforting and welcoming! I had my first tattoos here and she made the process so stress free and fun!! Will definitely be back.

i had a few tattoos done by her which i absolutely love and booked in again for a touch up. unfortunately i was sick on the day of my appointment and tried to get in contact with her numerous times on different platforms to reschedule and never received any response. 100$ down the drain for no reason :(

Will always return and see Mel! She's doing majority of my sleeve and the tattoos are so fine yet remain in tact. She's professional, as well as being super approachable and comforting. In a mainly male dominated industry, I reckon Mel is killing it!

Bad bad bad experience over 18 months. Artist spends too much time trying to be Instagram/tiktok famous and her content she is posting EVERY day than on her actual clients and responding to them.Deposit paid but booking changed due to a lockdown to 6 months later (this is fine, out of anyone's control). I couldn't make the new appointment so I requested to change before the cancellation/change period ended. Couldn't rebook in site so emailed to reschedule but never got a response. Sent countless emails to various different email addresses, never got a single response. Sent multiple DM's on Instagram, finally got a ahhh so sorry let me look into this" in August

I’ve been to Melanie before and had a wonderful experience. I re-booked with her the day of (which was 6 months in advance), had my appointment time changed a month before it was due without any consultation.8am the day of the tattoo arrives and she changes the book again without consulting me and then texts me to ask if we can reschedule to earlier that day. I declined due to work commitments and attempted to reschedule only to be ignored by her.It’s been 2 week with no reply and i’ve attempted following up. very disappointed as she was so lovely in my first interaction.

Does not follow up with touch ups!!! I emailed a month before my appointment to confirm and I had no reply. Then she texted me when she cancelled only! Extremely unprofessional and rude!

Very unprofessional. My appointment was supposed to be at 3:30-4:30. She messaged me as I was on the highway (around 3) if I could come in either at 4 or the following day. I come in at 4 and didn’t get attended to until 5. None of the staff acknowledged me and even shut the lights in the waiting area I was sitting in. My appointment took 20 mins, instead of the promised hour. She rushed me and despite me asking to change the design, she still didn’t give me the right font. I am so unhappy with the service and I still paid $255 when it took 20 mins, she rushed me and made it very clear that she was not interested in other tattoo ideas I had. This was supposed to be my “mental health day” as I took work off via personal leave, and she ruined it.Why give the girls before me double the time that they booked for? Why compromise my own experience for their sake? Your financial gain over your own customer base’s wellbeing. Please do not waste your time, she may have the following but definitely doesn’t have the heart.

Highly recommend Mel! She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy. She is super friendly and makes you feel completely relaxed. I loveeeee my tattoos!! Can’t wait for many more. Xx
