Friendly helpful and good value for money

To be honest we weren't super happy with our experience here a few weeks ago. We hired a backpack vacuum cleaner. It worked ok, except for the floor head tool. The brushes - when the floor tool was in hard floor mode - were that worn that you could simply could not push it around on a hard floor surface (never mind the concern about scratching the surface if you tried.) We thus had to do all the hard floor vacuuming sections with the little round brush - not ideal! When my husband complained about this when returning it, he was essentially told we hadn't been using it at the correct angle. (Sure, mate, after decades of using vacuum cleaners, we don't know how a vacuum cleaner head works on a hard floor.) (It was also damn hard to use on carpet, albeit doable.)Also misled about the pricing - you don't even get one bag included in the hire price - so add another $10 to the quoted price before you get started.We wouldn't hire a vacuum cleaner from here again. :(
