Motorserve Hornsby Car Servicing

Worst customer service experience by the owner called Ben. Rang the shop in the morning to provide some info on logbook or standard car servicing. He was polite at first and ask me to bring the car around to have a look later in the day.He gives me NO indication that they are busy in the afternoon and gives me the impression that he can quickly help me with a couple of quick fix during the afternoon. But, when I was there, he totally said they are flat out and no way going to help me until next year. What a waste of time.Initially I was thinking to bring the car for service going forward in from Jan next year. I totally won't do it now. It is a shame that they are providing services for NRMA.

This is the absolute worst place to get ANY help with your car. Paid over $200 on Monday to fix an issue which was deemed fixed then to have it not work Wednesday and when taking it back as soon as realizing it wasn’t working I was spoken to like I didn’t know anything and that it was 45mins to closing and most of the mechanics had finished for the day.Zero help, zero effort or concern on MotorServes part. Will never be returning to this place. Do not take your car here. Waste of money and time.

Lousy service and attitude of Ben is left to be desired. Does not fix things right the first time. Poor attention to detail. Junior technicians are ill supervised and are rough in their work leaving scratched marks and not putting parts together when replacing auto car seat. I have to go back twice to have this fixed. Bring your car elsewhere.

A great team to deal with. Prices are very competitive. From greeting to payment was great. I can't fault them today,

I was met with a beautiful smile the sec I walked in. Rose and Ben were exceptional and had a very sound mechanical knowledge. The job was done in no time and the price was so cheap in comparison. If you are looking for an economical and trustworthy place, then I would strongly recommend motorserve at Hornsby.

Very happy with my experience start to finish with the team at Motorserve Hornsby. Dropped my Yaris off in the morning and had it back by lunch time with repairs and service done, all at a fantastic price. Thank you we will be back!

Not happy at all with the service provided. I took my car at 9am and told them what was the issue from the beginning. I called back in the afternoon just to make sure they will check the main issues in the car. The receptionist doesn't know how to explain what the mechanic has written in the paper. I asked her I would like to speak directly with the mechanic and the mechanic said to her that he already has spoken with my husband (my husband was next to me and they never called him. They don't even have his phone number). Anyways, the receptionist calls at 4: 45 pm saying my car is ready to go. I said ok and she said but they close at 5pm. I said I just live 5 min away. She wasn't expecting this answer. I went to pick up my car and the lights of the car wwere on ( they said just for the last 10 min). No paper work so i don't know what they have done. The receptionist blamed on the mechanic. She sent the paper work to my email with a wrong details of the car ...A total disaster.Sent her and email about all this and I never heard about her again!

Excellent customer service today from Rose and team. Thank you for squeezing me in on such short notice and taking care of my car. Very happy.

Since December I have taken my car here at least 5 times to get the problem fixed which keeps my engine light coming on. I've spent thousands on 'this' problem and 'that' problem... Still engine light coming on again just a day after getting it back from these guys, again. This is not an old or well used car so I don't see why it's so difficult to find the actual problem.
