My hail repair was 24 days the first time then another 15 days to fix up the 15 issues they agreed to. To come back with 5 of them not resolved or worse. Independent assessor was involved and the decision was not to take the car back to them. The 15 issues were relating to shocking workmanship and 0 care taken. But if you are the NRMA that's all they use in QLD apparently.

Aussie Hail did an excellent job removing hail damage from the bonnet and roof of my vehicle. Rob was very quick but through to explain the process, get the vehicle assessed and arrange my travel home. The following afternoon as I was instructed a team member rang for me to finalise the payment and collect my vehicle. The vehicle was returned dent free, washed, tyre blacked and tidy inside. They did a lot more/ better than I expected. A big thank you to everyone of the team for their conscientious high quality work. They are very skilful at their hail damage removal process.

Highly recommended. We were dealt with in a very professional and courteous manner. Weekly updates were provided and most appreciated. The pickup and drop off of our car was quick and easy, no “red tape”, and an excellent finish on our car made the experience very positive.

Recently had our car assessed by Aussie Hail,.assessed is stretching the truth, our car was not assessed there was no damage count the roof and bonnet were not looked at we were told to leave and had to remove our own car from the assessment shed and refused repairs. There admin were rude and refused us the opportunity the express our concerns or for a second assessment. This company refuse work that appers to be hard or time consuming. A joke is what they are.

Vehicle 2014 Nissan Qashqui - The staff were very thorough with explaining how they were going to fix the hail damage. They were all polite and patient with my questions. When I actually left my car we discussed other marks not caused by the hail and also marks inside the car.When I got my car back - wow it looked fantastic. It looked brand new inside and out. All the marks that were done previously had been polished out and even the sunscreen marks I had on the drivers inside door were all gone. The internal had been detailed clean to perfection. Money worth spending, they went beyond there duty. Congrats

My car was damaged in a hail storm on a Sunday and the Turret,Bonnet and the left rear quarter panel and left rear door had some slight damage,I called my insurer on Monday and I drove over to the workshop and they gave me a quote.I dropped the car off to the workshop on Tuesday morning,the staff were excellent and they even gave me a ride home the car was finished on Thursday afternoon.The workmanship was excellent and the car was detailed.I would recommend Aussie Hail they are a very professional team and well managed.Thanks to all the crew at Aussie Hail.

Had 3 cars reviewed by Aussie Hail as part of insurance claims after a big hail storm. Insurance claims are always stressful - but not with Aussie Hail. Very happy with the repairs they did on a car. There communication with me about all 3 cars was great. Very happy with there service.
