The only Grilld outlet that tries its very best to consistently mess up orders every single time. Never had any issues with any other outlets. Usually it’s missing items which is no big deal. Recently ordered a vegan burger and a wagyu burger (add on egg). The egg was added to the vegan burger instead of the wagyu. Simply have no words.

Grilled burgers are the best in Australia. I am sensitive to meat smell. But these burgers never smell fat which is great. This place has nice friendly staff.

A very nice Grill'd restaurant. I enjoyed the chips and burgers from here. They really are very filling and taste great. I love the fresh ingredients and the sauces especially.

I went to Grill’d tonight at 7pm (peak hour). The staff were extremely busy and there were a lot of customers. Even so, I was checked on, my order arrived quickly (within 15-20 mins) and the burger I got was delicious. Big thanks to the staff tonight (02/03/23)

First time trying vegetarian burgers and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't know which one to get so I asked suggestions from the server and got the mushroom cheeseburger. It was absolutely delicious. It had a smoky grilled taste and tasted very juicy. Highly recommended to people who would like to try. Also got another one she recommended, garden goodness. The taste was good too but mushroom cheeseburger was over the top. The garden goodness kept falling apart as it had many components and that kind of lowered the enjoyment. But overall great experience. Place was clean and neat, servers were smiley and friendly.

I think Grill'd owns a rosemary orchard or their rosemary order was doubled and they needed to find a way to get rid of it all.Half a star for coming up with this new idea to get rid of it all!!Oh my gosh!! If you ever want to destroy a customers first experience at your restaurant, this is what you do..You make them a burger, with a patty that has no seasoning, has tasteless cheese on it, with rosemary. But wait!! Don't forget to put rosemary in the sauce that goes on the burger. Still wait!!Don't forget to season the side of fries with, you guessed it, rosemary!But wait! I'm not done.. make sure you top it all off with a side of that amazing rosemary sauce, to either dunk your fries in? Orrr to add extra sauce! To your burger!!

Ordered delivery through the Grill’d app that didn’t arrive after waiting over an hour. Gave them a ring to see if I could come pick it up instead. They made me a fresh order and were very understanding. Overall please with the service of the store, not so much the app.

A really delicious meal with some quite nice wine. I was quie surprised by this as I haven't eaten in Grilled before. Highly recommended.
