I have had an absolutely amazing experience with Natural Hearing. I have learnt so much. I have been assisting my Grandmother who is experiencing Alzheimer attend her appointments. She has been using hearing aides for about a month and in the time she has been using it, her symptoms of Alzheimers have actually improved! This improvement has also been confirmed by her Geriatrician. Although her hearing is not so bad, her understanding has been limited due to Alzheimers. With her hearing aides managed through Natural Hearing, she can more clearly understand. This means greatly improved quality of life as she can now easily do things she loves, like engaging socially with friends, play with her great grandkids and enjoy family gathering. These things used to cause major anxiety and emotional upset but with the help of Natural Hearing she has gotten a new lease on life. The team is attentive to her needs and have fantastic customer service. They provide remote support whenever required. Cannot recommend the service enough. The Audiologist we have been seeing through Natural Hearing, Binay, has been attentive and caring. His customer service is impeccable and he shows that he really cares for his patients. He is truly passionate about his work and it shines through in the care he provides. 100% recommend this service and Binay to anyone struggling with hearing or Alzheimers.

Friendly, helpful service. My Beltone hearing aids, which I've had now for 6 months, are really cool! I can cut out the noise in crowded places and with the Bluetooth connection can watch movies etc and get notifications on my phone without disturbing anyone. If I lose one or both I can find it again with GPS. Thanks again, Vinay!

Natural healing in Ringwood is a very relaxing place. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The ear cleanings for my self are done in a very professional manner and the results are excellent.
