They go on an hour and a half break during their opening hours and leave the main doors open. So weird.

Pretty good service. Got 2000 EUROS and they offered the best rate. Super friendly staff. It’s hard to find a place to exchange foreign money here. But luckily we have redrate . Thumb up!

It was a bad experience. First as I walked in, they did not look or acknowledge my presence. So I was basically standing there and had to come really close and let my presence be known. Then I asked if I could exchange $1000 US DOLLARS and the $100 Dollar notes I had was new but they did not accept my U.S. Dollars because it was not brand new. When I asked why not, this person started raising their voice at me saying that they can’t exchange and to go to a bank or somewhere else, so I did and got a good deal from another place at Westfield Woden (Crown).

Super weird it’s open but there’s no one on duty here. Waited half an hour. Still waiting. Seems like a nice place to sit but you can’t exchange money here.

Good service and nice staff. Rate is better than bank. But only accept Australian dollars in cash. So maybe it’s better to call them before u come.
