Bunnings Minchinbury

Typically laid out Bunnings store. Lots of items at reasonable prices. We were disappointed this visit by staff attitude at this store. We were returning and item and had two separate orders to put through. She certainly did not seem happy and both my hubby and I commented on her 'angry' demeanour. Sour customer service really makes a difference to your feel of attending a store.

Excellent store, but I was annoyed on 09/06/23 at around 2 to 3 pm by the elderly female staff at the front return counter; when I brought the items to return, and on my way out, a few other customers and I had waited a few minutes for their conversation to conclude and serve us. we hope this does not get any worse.Reading another post below ( By I Khan), it seems it is continuing, and management should take a note of it. Avoid one of the old ladies at the front desk. Rude and unprofessional. I was not allowed to have a quick talk on why my item couldn’t be returned; instead, she jumped to the next customer and said she was busy. Front desks should have someone who is kind, polite and knows the meaning of customer service. I wonder why some people act like they are teenagers. They look horrible doing these acts when they should have learned some politeness in their lifetime.I want to share my experience with the same person, I guess ( but I did not worry too much about this); I had my return receipt in my power pass app and, till now, have returned more than 100 items using a power pass. You must show the power pass card or QR code; they will scan it to pick up the purchased item. She told me a new rule that I had to pull up the receipt from the app and had to open up the app, further delaying people behind me. Two days back ( 5th) , the afternoon store manager is a lovely and very kind lady, and I know her from the Blacktown store. No question, and I had only to scan the QR code to pick up my purchase.

I was not very happy I was buying paint to paint floors and walls to move out of a rental I took a can of paint and tipped it to see the top of the can and tipped it over myself the lid was not on the can it was just sitting there had I known this I would not of tipped it to see the top of the can , I am not happy my shoes ,my shirt ,socks and pants and my bra are all ruined , the staff were extremely helpful and gave me a bunnings shirt to but on , people should be more careful on put lids back on as they should be , the staff gave me a discount on my paint but still if I had of tilted the can a little more it would of ended up all over my face ,not happy .

The store is good & the staff very helpfull, as writh most Bunnings. But, the security leaves a lot to be desired. Thats what happens when you use an outside company that dosn't have your core interest at heart.

Good store, my kid loved using the kids trolley there. Loved the service at Minchinbury store. The lady on counter was so kind to my kid and even noticed I had an empty coffee cup in my trolley so she picked that and put it in bin for me. The lady on exit noticed my kid was resisting to leave the trolley in store so she offered a bunnings lego set to my kid for free.

Ample parking, great customer service and good product range; my kids like their own little trolley to shop around.

Absolutely the best customer service time and time againPurchased a wheelbarrow and came back into the store with it as it would not fit in the car lolDelivery was going to be $40So I said would be cheaper for me to buy tools from you to dismantle it. She said go to the worker down in the work shop and he will supply the tools needed free of charge… this is why I am a loyal customer for lifeBunnings is one of the few companies in existence that remains to have the best customer service. Go above and beyond for their customers every time.

Oh my god where to begin. I first went here when I was knee high to a grasshopper and have been going here ever since. I was born in 1954 and visit every day that I can. Some times I sleep in the dog beds overnight because I love it so much. This place is the height of all of my naughty fantasies.

I have bought hot water system which cost me $1045. Bunnings charged me $962 just to install it. Technician doesn't need even 2 hrs to installed it n charged me that much. I have get rid off old system by self. It's ripped off.
