Ashley and his team completed chemical grout injecting works to provide additional support for our balcony.Ashley’s communication, customer service, professionalism and responsiveness was outstanding. After inquiring with three other companies I called Ashley to book in his team. He informed me they were completing another job near by and could fit me in after that. Within a few short hours, CGI had arrived, completed the works and I had the report sent through.The whole process from our initial call to job completion was excellent. CGI Solutions were efficient and professional, they helped to stabilise the house for our pool construction. We came into some trouble with the dig and they were out on the Sunday to inspect and then there the following day to rectify our problem.
