Went to get a battery changed for my car key and not only did I receive my key back broken but I also received the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They offered to fix it with a cheap after market part which was not even the part required and were not even willing to fix it with the original part that is required by the manufacturer which would void my warranty if I had agreed to replace it with the after market solution they had presented. Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. Never again.

If you don't mind water in your watch after a battery replacement, this is the place for you. The guru behind the counter assured me the seal was reusable. Two weeks later my $1500 watch gets water entry. On my return, the old man became aggressive when I questioned his professionalism and duty of care. Today I'm calling Consumer Affairs. How are you still in business? YUCK

A local locksmith didn't have blanks for a key I needed cut yet this fellow did. The key was cut and it works fine but I almost fainted when he told me the price! $10 for a tiny garage door key! His excuse was that the store is in a shopping centre.I had gone in good faith expecting to be charged a reasonable price. The key worked, but I should've just got it cut for $3.97 at Bunnings later that day & it would have worked too.
