Paint protection is a SCAM do not purchase it. Read the warranty it does not cover any faults, faded paint or clear coat. My paint is faded and they won’t repair it. Waxing your car once a year does a better job and thousands cheaper. Please don’t get ripped off.

I had an issue with the paint protection applied to my 2017 Hyundai Kona. After contacting MotorOne on their warranty link I was quickly assigned a date to bring my car in for inspection. The vehicle was inspected by Tracey who immediately set my mind at rest by booking the car in for repair a week later. I was informed that the car was needed for two hours. However, Tracey managed to have my car ready in under two hours. The water just flows off my car and it looks like new again. Thanks Tracey.

Asked for front windows to be tinted to match the rears, no where near a match. When I called back they said its the best they could do, however I didn't get called when they realised it wouldn't be a match they just did the job and charged me anyway. Not a happy customer

Bought a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport and got talked by the dealer into getting the tinting done by this company because they matched the price of my favourite place so would have saved me some time. However the tinting is of poor quality with poor heat absorption despite being told that it is the top quality film. Who knows how little UV light protection we are getting from the tinting. Might have to replace the tinting at our own cost as we will keep the car for a long time.EDIT-Thank you MotorOne for your response. We are going to go to our trusted tinting place as we have a lot of faith there that it will be done to our satisfaction.

The only reason i am going the 1 star rating is because there is no 0-star option.I have been unfortunate enough to purchase the Motor One 'X PACK' paint & interior protection package when I purchased my new car in October of 2012.Since then, my red paint has turned pink all over the vehicle and the paint has also visibly faulted with water spots on every panel.I contacted MotorOne Qld with my concerns in July of 2016 and after sending through all the necessary photos and paperwork, I was assured that my concerns will be rectified as soon as the car was assessed.What followed was a full 2+ month long journey of 3 separate assessments (each time the company vigorously denied the full vehicle respray recommendations by their own assessors), incredibly poor communication (I had to call and/or e-mail nonstop to find out what was going on), hands down the worst after sales customer service experience of my life to date.The total levels of incompetence were highlighted to me when I had to involve the company Qld representative who was as much help and as competent as the assessor I was battling to deal with.The end result after weeks of stuffing around? A buff! The car came back still as pink and as water marked as ever lol.On the bright side, my car is still under Honda warranty and they are respraying it for me :-)SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEY ARE BEYOND A JOKE!

I've never had paint protection or anything on my cars being from Canada, but got XPack on my previous car and it worked amazingly - I left bat droppings on my paint for days sometimes and it still didn't eat through the paint which was such a relief. I now have Protektiv on my new car, and I am IN LOVE with how shiny it is. And I literally didn't wash my car for 6 months because it's just so inconvenient for me to stop and do on a regular basis. I don't worry at all and have total peace of mind that my paint work will still be nice and shiny when I go to sell my car in the future. Wouldn't have a car without protection.

I recently bought a Mazda 2 from South City Mazda and was offered to buy the protektiv surface coating and interior coating from Motor One. This product is absolutely amazing and I would definitely put it on every new car I own! The water runs off, dirt is repealed, marks are repealed and there is a deep shine that makes the car look amazing. I am so impressed with the lifetime warranty and when I took a warranty claim out the process was easy and my car was fixed promptly. This company is really really bad customer service and Paint protection is real SCAM and window tinting is so bad too. Warranty is so confused and can’t claim any faulty. It just spend rubbish money for this job.

Paint protection on a 2017 Audi A3, a protektiv product was fitted at motor co Cairns from new. I would not recommend this product to anyone, as it won't last more than 3 years.Contacted motorone and they didn't want to know anything about it. The rego has been transferred into another family members name and that has voided the warranty.Got told to go to a local contractor to get it cut and polished to rectify the issue. remove the failed paint protection" but told me there was nothing wrong with the product or how it was applied."

Great Products will not put anything else on my car a step above the rest on the market. seeing the difference first hand with other products and the effects on the car i will not put anything besides Motorone on mine. really good company to deal with really look after their customers recommend putting Motorone products on your car.
