They have the friendliest staff/customer service. Though I do hope that the pikachu hoodie would come back soon and in bigger sizes. Over all yes a bit expensive but great quality 5 Stars

I generally like EB Games, but this time you dropped the ball. I just drove 30 minutes to The mount to purchase a game that was listed ‘in stock’ for this store on the website to arrive to find its ‘out of stock’. Now I’m not sure if it is the store staffs responsibility to keep up to date stock levels on the EB website for their store? If it isn’t, then maybe it should be because you’ve got plenty of time on your hands standing around gas bagging where you could be going up to customers and offering them assistance.You’ve wasted my time, my petrol and disappointed a couple of eager kids and myself.

I went to eb and tried to trade in call of duty Cold War and I bought it on the day it was released for $110 then I got $40 then went on their website and they’re selling preowned version for $98 so I got jiped

REALLY PISSID OF WITH THIS EB GAMES STORE!!!!!! traded in hole collection of games and consoles hoping to get more points on my eb games card and the person who served us named John didn't even put it on my eb games card even though I had it there in front him, and then they couldn't even put it on my eb card afterwards. So not very happy at all. I would suggest not getting served by John specially if your trading in items.

I stopped even going into the store when in Centro years ago because of terrible service, and even poorer staff in the manager Tia and John. Formal complaints on the EB Games website were ignored, of course. Now they've moved to Marketplace, I doubt quality of service has improved.

Ol mate was helpful, he knew I had nfi but was cool about it and I walked outta there with an el cheapo pre owned game and a smile on my masked dial. Ill be back!

I love this EB/Zing store. But the staff were all gossiping and weren’t very helpful. Had an online order and was ignored. Loved looking around and a very good location!
