Great customer service. They had what I wanted & the price was competitive.

Absolutely disgusting customer service by the young girl with short hair. Wanted a beautiful pearl set for a wedding and as soon as I asked for different size pearls / shorter sitting necklace she couldn’t even stop what she was doing to assist, she just looked me up and down to say “your better shopping at Lovisa for your style”. She did not have any answers to my questions, won’t even try to assist me towards maybe a different option. Hoskings next door was MORE than happy to direct me through how the necklace sits and even gives me options to order options that weren’t available. I was so much more happier and much more comforted / assisted with NICE and actual caring customer service right next door (Hoskings). Cannot stress how poor gold marks services has been the last three times I’ve tried to purchase from them. Don’t bother.

I've been here on several occasions, sometimes I purchased, sometimes I didn't. The service has been consistently fantastic and attentive regardless of which staff member I am served by and whether or not I've made a purchase. So good!

Not happy at all with the service. Should’ve opened a debate house instead of shop. Manager is not even ready to help customer or provide some solution to faulty watch. Repeatedly kept on pointing out it to be my fault (which wasn’t actually) though I was open to look for other alternative. Nothing more to say. Thank you

Not happy with the service, I have a retail background and felt as though the manager only wanted me to buy more rather than just accepting I wanted an exchange, I was well within my rights, had a receipt, was there within 30 days of purchase. In the end I got a voucher but it was a real effort and I felt awful when I left. Not a happy retail experience. I was also left waiting to speak with her while she had a personal catch up with a friend. This was the 2nd time I came in for a exchange, as the first she told me to come back in a week as she was too busy! Seriously what is wrong with some people it's not my problem that she was busy, in fact I made sure I came in first thing in the morning at 9am, I waited for 15 minutes before they opened. Anyway think twice before going here, support a small local jewellery business!

Very friendly customer service we got our wedding rings from this place and they were very helpful

I was basically told that they don't negotiate on price for old stock. The manager came over and was very short with me, it felt rude so I politely left. All the other staff I have had interactions with before have been very polite and interested in the sale.I bought a watch from there 3 years ago, the solar battery which is listed to last 4-7 years died within 6 months. I went and got it warranty repaired through them, they then told me they cannot guarantee it is waterproof (despite being 2 years warranty).I won't be going here for watches in future.

The mature lady is just arrogant. Doesnot know how to deal with customers instead she was showing her attitude rather than offer any help. Such a disappointed experience. She is actually showing her skill of unprofessionalism.
