After spending the entire morning calling around for a doctors appointment and having no luck, I went to the chemist as I saw online that they do medical certificates and my work requires one for me to be away sick on a Friday. When I finally got the energy to go down there they said they only do in “certain circumstances” and were very hesitant. After talking to me for about 5 minutes, and taking all of my details including my license, they last minute said that it will cost $25! I felt too awful to go somewhere else or to argue so I just had to pay it. Not a good experience - they weren’t upfront with this whatsoever. They should be able to take your Medicare card details and charge it that way. My husband is out of a job at the moment and I am the only one bringing in income so I’m not in a position for this to not matter. Very disappointed. All for me to now read the certificate and the wording of it is very hesitant as well - certainly didn’t get what I paid for. Once I was home I got a call from a doctor saying there was a cancellation and I could have a Telehealth appointment - $25 completely wasted!

This store has recently moved location and is now adjacent to Coles. The store seems to be about the same size, but less cluttered making it more accessible. The range of products is the same, but some areas have much less options than before (e.g. first aid). The more accessible entrance is around the corner opposite Target. A nice basic pharmacy with friendly staff.

Went in to buy cologne for my boyfriend and was helped by Ella who was super lovely. She was happy to let me smell as many different colognes to find the right one and I never felt rushed. Her bubbly and kind attitude made my shopping experience great !

Visited the new store recently and have to say that it has a better layout then the last location and the staff are very helpful. Nicki kept checking on customers to see if we were being attended to and our boosters were delivered in quick time.

Give Samantha a pay rise now, not only did she go above and beyond but her customer service and communication skills and up selling skills were of high standard. A lot of pharmacy stores are quite intimidating to ask for help. But with Samantha calm personality made my shopping experience highly enjoyable. Thank you Samantha.

Pharmacist was rude and condescending when I couldn’t hear her through her mask, the plastic partition and busy shopping centre. Asked me if I was hard of hearing!Her whole attitude and demeanour screamed she wasn’t going to help me from the start so wasn’t surprised when she told me to go see a doctor for the exact same thing the doctor treated me for…a mild condition Terry White chemist claims to treat.Poor service by a woman who needs a brush up on her customer service skills.Ordinarily I wouldn’t use language that gender identifies because it’s not a gender specific thing issue but I wanted to make sure the business owners could identify you as an employee that needs some holiday leave.. Lady you’re not a government employee, you represent the business.

I have been travelling for 1/2 hour on a weekly basis for over 15years just to go to this pharmacy. I cannot speak highly enough of the team and the customer service provided. They always take the time to answer my questions in a very professional manner, and I have complete trust in their recommendations. The team go above and beyond everytime & always make me feel special, they genuinely care about what they do. Thank you to you all for brightening my day!

I was blown away by Samantha’s customer service tonight. She spent almost 2 hours with myself and my sister assisting us to find the perfect perfume. She really listens to her customers and her recommendations were absolutely amazing. I didn’t feel rushed or anxious and she made shopping with Terry White very enjoyable. Thank you so much Samantha for all your help! Definitely my new go-to for perfumes, would high recommend.
