Next time you're at Northcote Theatre waiting for the main act and you contemplate buying terrible over priced drinks to pass the time STOP. Get a pass out and pop across the road to Sherbini Bar, you won't be disappointed. Amazing cocktails from a pro. Guaranteed to improve your night even if the band is a dud.

Had the most special experience here for the first time with a small group of friends. Khalid made us feel so welcomed with his incredible cocktail making skills. Not to mention his exquisite taste in old school jazz music which added to the very intimate atmosphere. Highly recommend for the most incredible cocktail experience. Can't wait to go back!

Honestly the best cocktails not only in Northcote but in Melbourne, massive hidden gem in the middle of high street, best fit out and best bar, highly recommended! The owner and bartender Khaled is crazy passionate about the quality and flavours in his cocktails, I've never had a better cocktail experience. Explain what you like and he will sort you out

Easily one of our favourite bars in Melbourne. Excellent cocktails and vibe. There’s so much attention to detail, everything from the fit out, music and drinks list are curated to create the perfect ambience for a first or last drink with a date or for settling in with friends.

One of my favorite pleasures is sitting at a solid cocktail bar during a slow period and chatting with the bartender. I couldn’t have found a nicer experience this evening. The charming owner puts a tremendous amount of thought and care into his drinks, all while learning the names of, and chatting with, the patrons.The drinks are balanced, delicious, and boozy, jazz records play through wooden Hi-Fi speakers, and a perfectly lit warm space is perfect for any occasion - dates, friends, or drinks after work.

Incredibly beautiful bar with cocktails to match. The hospitality in here felt like a friend tending to you in their home. I was blown away when walking into this spot, after coincidentally stumbling in after dinner on High Street and I can’t wait to come back here on a more intentional visit next time. I couldn’t recommend this spot more - It’ll definitely be on my list for anyone visiting Melbourne in the future. Thank you Sherbini Bar for the best Negroni that I’ve ever had in Melbourne. We will be back!

The best cocktail bar experience in Melbourne (and yes I've been to the Black Pearl). The atmosphere, the décor, the music, and the yes the cocktails! Perfection.With everyone else following the same boring formula finally we have some authenticity in Northcote. I highly recommend you check this place out.
