I usually drop in to see if they have anything new and unusual and the girls are always very helpful.

Great designs and great prices. Quality outstanding. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Refused to sell me a citizen eco watch that was on display for the marketed price of $275 as it apparently had the wrong price tag on it. Told me she couldn't sell it to me for that. after a little back and forth she explained all she had to do was hold it in the safe for 24 hours before she would put it back on the shelf for the right price as this was a human error. Sorry, but this was not cool zamels. Unfortunately if I under quote a job it would be on me. No honour system here.

Very pushy staff, will say anything to make the sale, i was told i can return if i changed my mind, then when i tried to return the bracelet oh we dont do returns, yes but your staff is saying that you do returns, maybe you should inform your staff to not tell customers that they can return, also i bought a ring and the manager was very pushy with the care plan, i didnt even want it oh but it covers your stones, rodium plating, re sizing, i said i dont need to resize it, oh its life time, you can bring it in every year, the care plan price was very high, i could have purchased another ring with the price, then when i had to go back because a diamond had fallen out they wanted to charge me another $150 - i just went off, why did you push me to buy the car plan then, oh that doesnt cover the stones, well its not what you told me when you were so pushy to purchase the care plan...i have had 2 problems in this and i spend a lot of money here, i think i will be taking my business elsewhere , very happy to take your money, but if something goes wrong dont want to know about it.. they did decide in the end to replace the diamond but i had to really get angry before they would do anything, and i also quote from somewhere else the cost of the replacement diamond and it was a lot less than $150...... do your homework before purchasing here, then the staff get annoyed at you and ignore you when you go in next.

Brilliant service from the girls at Zamels West Lakes, always. They’re always incredibly helpful, nothing is too much trouble, and I’m really happy with the rhodium playing on my engagement ring, and my beautiful new eternity ring. Will definitely be back. Thank you! Renay
