The B&D Tritran compatible remote worked perfectly with my garage door.It was delivered in a timely manner.The instructions were clear and easy to follow.It was significantly cheaper than buying directly from B&D.

I ordered two new B&D remotes for my old ones that finally died and they were sent out immediately, I received them the next day in perfect condition. The instructions included didn't work for my older roller, so a quick YouTube trip solved that (even the old remotes I had weren't coded how the manufacturer had detailed so no issues here).I knew Remote Pro was an option but needed them quickly so I went to a local dealer to pick up and the remotes I wanted were $33 more expensive! I told them that Remote Pro had the exact same ones a lot cheaper and they just said they already knew. I got back in my car, ordered, and received the next day. Great service and I highly recommend them!

Excellent service, i did pay for express post and it was well worth it! My new garage remote arrived in WA within 3 days,the website had instructions to sync it which took me all of about 10sec and it was working. Thank you, would definitely recommend!

Always great advice and excellent service. Remote Pro is someone I have used a lot over years as a property manager when remotes in rentals havent worked any longer as a cost effective way for owners to replace their remotes. This is the 2nd time I have purchased a garage roller door remote. Purchased a B&D Tritran Compatible Remote for $25 this time after buying a more expensive one last time. This one is slimmer and overall smaller which is nice. No problems with following the directions to pair the remote. Took one minute to do. Worked first go. Great Aussie company - don't hesitate to buy from these guys.

Super impressed with the x2 garage remote controls I ordered yesterday and they got delivered within 24 hours (Melbourne). Yes, I did pay for express post but the fact that Remote Pro team received my order in the afternoon and had it shipped the same day shows a great deal of professionalism. Excellent service. Was worried I would have to upgrade the whole motor system after the 20 year old remote broke. They helped identify which new remote to buy and it calibrated within a couple of seconds. Cost 25 bucks! Excellent!
