My friend rates this spot as the best wood fire pizza joint in Sydney. It is hard to disagree! Best thing about these pizzas is the middle part is never soggy and holds its shape.

Having visited Vacanza Surry Hills and Waverley numerous times before, I must say that my recent experience surpassed all expectations, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Dimitri.From his warm welcome to his impeccable attention throughout the evening, Dimitri's professionalism and genuine care truly stood out. He made our visit to the restaurant an unforgettable one.The food arrived quickly and was outstanding as always.Highly recommended!!!!

We came here for a Sunday lunch and had a great meal. Sat inside which was comfortable and warm.Started with the salumi and cheese board and some focaccia. All great quality products used and focaccia was freshly baked, soft, warm and well seasoned.We also had a few pizzas to share. My favourite was the vacanza with mushrooms, truffle, cheese - great combo. We loved them all though.Quick and friendly service.Would recommend for a great casual meal with friends or family.

One of the best pizzas in Sydney (Beaches in Manly has 1st spot).Small space, but there is group seating.Nice friendly people work here and the kitchen folk making the pizzas are amazing.

Enjoyable meal here with the family. Buzzy, loud, busy Friday night here (all good things) big groups, families, couples all in here.They were really accommodating regarding our reservation as we were delayed flying in which was very kindKids liked the arancini balls which was a first. Pizzas were good with lovely buratta on mine. Decent size, nice thin base with a bit of a crust.Dinner for 4, $160 which was two starters, 4 pizzas, two sprites, two beers and one glass of wine.
