Had an inspection booked for 12pm In Cosgrove with Peter. At 12:11pm we sent him a text asking how far away he would be and the message was ‘read’ but with no reply. Waited around until 12:25pm and still nothing so we ended up leaving. If their communication skills and punctuality are anything to go off, this real estate is terrible.
