Victoria Langham Marriage Celebrant - A Beautiful Day

Couldn't do the wedding, then kept our deposit anyway.We received notice from Victoria a couple of months out from our wedding that she had been involved in a car accident and would not be able to perform the wedding. We were understandably sympathetic but we did still expect her to refund us the $300 deposit we had put down as she was cancelling her involvement in the wedding.She initially tried to claim that the refund was non-refundable. Of course this was a complete lie as it was not us but her that was cancelling the event. There is nothing in the contract that states that she is allowed to keep the deposit if she withdraws from the event.Many months later, I still haven't gotten a timeline for a repayment, or any details of her solicitors. Apparently I have to wait for her compensation claim to resolve, whatever that means. She has said that she will not be responding to any further emails from me, and Fair Trading have not been of any assistance. My next port of call will have to be the Civil and Administrative Tribunal, all to get $300 out of a business owner who owes her customers money.Don't bother with Victoria, it's not worth the trouble. Look elsewhere.

Victoria is brilliant! As a wedding photographer I have worked with Victoria on many, many weddings over the last 11 years and have always found her to be fun, professional and totally flexible to anything that happens on the day. Would and do definitely recommend!

Despite a lockdown and venue cancellation, Victoria's communication and support was ongoing and of the highest standard in the leadup to our wedding. Have worked alongside Victoria a few times now and each time I do it's an absolute pleasure! She always gives off such positive loving energy and is always super professional at her job.
