Refused to provide epilepsy medication, stating it was too 'sensitive' to be delivered, but I could come into the store to fill my script? What is the chemist afraid I'm going to do with Lyrica, not have epilepsy super hard?

I've been a customer for a long time. Great friendly staff and excellent service. I've never had a bad experience with these guys ( and girls), and when I've been upset, they've always made sure I'm ok, with a tissue handy and a shoulder to cry on. Very supportive as well.

Upon leaving the store, I was blocked by security with hands on hip and asked for a bag searched. Felt very intimidated and treated like a criminal as no other persons ahead of me were bag searched. Followed around the store and not allowed out until I had emptied my bag. Absolutely appalled with there rudeness, mannerism and no regard for customer service!!!

Apparently Cincotta chemist has started charging a surcharge on credit cards, to my utter surprise. I spend a lot of money every time I get my scripts and buy other items..The signage for the surcharge is very small and placed in an obscure place. I asked if they could match price with Chemist Warehouse on a product but the checkout lady was rather abrupt and just said ‘no we don’t’. I asked if she would check with the manager because I’ve asked for price match from the owner/manager before and he has obliged. She didn’t even bother checking. I think I may need to go back to Chemist Warehouse.

Such bad customer service. I called today asking if they have a product I need for my newborn baby. The lady said she would go check if it’s in stock and then within a few minutes a man took the phone and I told him that a lady has gone to see if something I need is in stock and he rudely asked what is it, so I said it was gripe water for babies and he said yes it’s in stock and I said oh great could you tell me the price and he said to go look online for the price and then hung up. How so rude and disappointing.
