Quick repair as part of Bingle Insurance repairers. Only thing I would say is that they have had a couple of goes trying to just buff up a section of repaint area but keep missing sections. Maybe just not using the right light and looking carefully. The repair itself was fine and they haven't had any issues for me to randomly come. They did look at it in short notice. Just saying a bit more care needed before giving it back to the customer. I am not a professional repaierer, so. expect someone in the shop to check it. Maybe someone else not doing the touch up.

Car took 3.5 weeks and not 2 weeks as agreed to fix as parts were sent to other aites and misplaced. We then had issues with electronics & so had to take it back when correct trade available, Repair seems to be done well, and the panel beater directly was really nice, but we are now booking with bmw to have them review to be certain it wont be an ongoing issue!Reason im rating capital smart poorly is their office communication is terrible. My hubby had to follow up daily for updates to find out when car would be ready. Today - receptionist finished early and calls divert to airport west, who whilst tried to help, were unsure of any details, and no one bothered to call us to let us know car was done. We took at punt and rocked up to pick it up, hoping it was fixed.Same girl also called us 2 weeks ago asking where we are, when she hadnt even bothered to tell us car was booked, we work and unfort need to plan in advamce to lose a car for a day.Happy to take the discussion offline and will be providing feedback to insuance company of the sub standard communication during repairs.

The reception is not friendly, after I saw the feedback, I did provided my claim number on their website. see what will come next.

I was forced by my Insurance Company to take my car to Capital SMART. My first impression was great as the receptionist was friendly and the place looked professional however, I soon realised that the quality of work carried out was extremely bad. They messed up what was a very simple job and despite me taking it back for the second time, they messed it up worse than the first time. I was given all the excuses that they can come up with and wanted me to bring it back for the 3rd time which I have refused to do. I will not be going back to this place ever again.

Friendly Staff - Car took 3 days longer than expected but overall good job and easy to deal with. Thanks

Forced to take our car here as selected by insurance company. They repaired the vehicle well but painted the rear bumper a different colour to the rest of the car. Took the car back 3 times to get them to rectify it. They just did a few cut and polish/ light sanding and told me it will match after the colour wears in. They even gave me ‘special’ polish that will change the colour... eye roll. Avoid

My Vehicle was taken to Capital smart on the 22 of February 2023 for repairs, I dropped the car off at 11:30 as per my appointment .I was told that my car would be sent to Gemini in Cheltenham and would be contacted by them ,to let me know how long the repairs would take ,but by Friday the 24 th of February I had not heard from Gemini ,so I contacted Capital Smart and was told that my vehicle was still there and was going to be sent to their mechanics as it was not driveable ,and that it had leaked a lot of oil from the gearbox .I went to Capital Smart and they explained to me what happened and I told them that the car had the gearbox changed and I'll send it back to my mechanic .My mechanic fixed the problem and the car was driveable and it went back to Capital Smart to carry out the repairs ,I collected my car on the 23 rd of March and while driving the car heard a knocking noise on the Right front hand side of the car ,I called Capital Smart and was told to bring my car back in the morning so they could see what the problem was.The supervisor went with myself and test drove the car he heard the knocking noise on the right hand side and said he would send it to their mechanics to check and get back to me ,but he did not get back to me on Friday the 24 of March .I went to Capital Smart Monday morning the 27 of March and spoke to the same supervisor and was told that the noise was not from the repairs , I asked him if their mechanics had replaced ,the right front strut and he told me he does not know because they give him one Bill and he will have to check it.At 2;45 pm I get a call from Capital smart and the lady said my car is ready for collection ,upon arriving there she gives me a report from Tyres and MORE ,which was done on the 27/3/23 at 10,25 am and the report said the noise was from the left hand side ,and not the right side which is not correct .I addresed the issue with the supervisor and He got aggresive and said to me HEY mate Im not a mechanic"

Poor work quality, absent quality checks and an incomplete job.After colliding with a poor wombat, my insurance company sent me here. The premises presents very well with pleasant staff and a clean facility. Unfortunately this was where the good experiences ended. After my vehicle was repaired" (I use this term very loosely)

Couldn’t have had a better experience! My particular car insurance sent me here following a car accident... Reception staff were absolutely lovely, I was kindly offered complimentary Uber’s for drop off and pick up. Turn around for the repairs was SO quick; much quicker than expected! I got my father (who works in service & repairs in the transport industry) to check it over to make sure all was OK, no issues. Car has never looked better. I don’t have anything negative to report and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Communication could have been a little better especially when I was waiting for parts and then when my car was being fixed.
