Online buyers beware. Products online appear cheap but after you order he tells you that the online price is incorrect because he hasn't had time to update it, then tells to pay the full price which is nearly double, or receive refund. Chose to receive refund, had to chase for it and never received when promised. Price of item we purchased still hasn't been updated more than a week later. They don't respond to emails. This guy toys with you. The site doesn't even use secure SSL for the security lock when completing transactions.

Rang today to ask price of MaxiFloc Plus and was told $59. Upon questioning why it had doubled in price, the girl on the phone told me the supplier had increased their price. I rang Lochlor, the supplier and they told me that there had been no price increases in the last 3 weeks.This business is not only extorting the public, they are liars.After the Melbourne wide dust storm, they have doubled the RRP they have had on this product.This product sells all over Australia for between $25 and $35 both online and in pool stores.Charging $60 for the very same product that he will sell for $30 or $35 in a months time is robbery.This shows the character of this dishonest retailer.AVOID DISHONEST LYING TRADERS.

I Highly recommend Zac and the team at Simply pools and spas I only recently had a pool installed and didn't have much knowledge with maintaining pool he has helped me with all products and maintenance needed to keep it running perfectly. If its a matter of just popping in for chlorine change over or a question he is always willing to help and give the best advice. I will always be a loyal customer and recommend them for anything to do with your spa or pool.

Small shop selling pool and spa maintenance items, chemicals etc. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I came in for some pool salt and I really appreciated the staff offering to carry the 10kg bag of salt out to my car for me. Great service whenever I come in!
