Amart Furniture Campbelltown

Spent over half a day questioning a sofa I had received a quote for, finally went to purchase it to find out I had been quoted wrong. The team were nice at least so despite this, a few days later I went back and made another purchase over $4k, and moved things around to ensure I could be home for the delivery to discover they shipped the items to the old address I had in the system not the one we confirmed TWICE in store and won’t arrange the delivery to be remade for another week. The staff simply are not putting correct information into the system or something. They are giving clients wrong information and making mistakes there is literally no need for. I understand it happening once, things happen but it’s clearly a team wide issue. I was never asked to double check receipts or anything like that, it was all verbal communication. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, especially over the holidays but their errors have literally wasted so much of my time it’s ridiculous. If management wants names I have them. Honour quotes and when your team makes mistakes allow them to actually help customers not just offer a shipping refund (which required them to go back into store) and another huge delay. I’m hoping they fix the issue so I can fix this review. Nice friendly staff but the customer experience of the service itself is atrocious.

Had such a pleasant experience shopping here this afternoon. I was lucky enough to have my service provided by Jackson and he was phenomenal. He helped me choose two major furniture items for my new home, helped me with colour, measurements, style and also made sure what he showed me they had in stock for me to take home that same day. Thank you for your amazing service :) you made furnishing a new home so much easier.Not only was Jackson great but every staff member I walked past wished me a happy Easter, let me walk through aisles before them and were very courteous.

Your business model of take everyone’s money first, then order everything and make them wait 4-6 months is flawed. Literally everything I wanted is months away, but you’re happy to advertise it regardless!I was told that the company advertises products at the same time you place orders from overseas. This is done so that you can take money from customers first to ensure you aren’t stuck with excess stock you can’t sell.News flash, people actually want items now, not in 4 months!Horrible company who I’ll never do business with again!

0 star rating.Went to Amart Monday morning to find a couch right there and then because we needed one for before Christmas. Went to the shop and the place was completely empty, no other customers. It's monday morning at 9.30. Yet, none of the staffs greeted us or asked if they can be any help.2 staffs walked passed while we were looking around without a smile or acknowledging that we're there.Waited around for 20 mins,A male staff walked passed, glanced at us and gone.The female staff was standing near us on the computer keeping an eye as if we're going to steal or damage things.So we left, although I really love their recliner sofa but why would we spend our money there or recommend this place.My husband was furious. He said for the first time ever, he feels we've been discriminated. I said, it's probably because I'm Asian (he's white)So we left and we got our furniture from Fantastic furniture. Their employees are awesome!5 stars rating for Fantastic Furniture.

I walked into casula store they did not seem like they wanted to help with my problem I called Campbelltown luckily I had a lovely person named Cherrie she fixed everything up over the phone did not have to come in and followed up on what she said in email very happy with service I will shop here again at Campbelltown thanks Cherrie

If I could give no stars I would. Ridiculously bad customer service!!!! Bought a brand new lounge, took 5 months to arrive, had a fault after a month, took a lot of calls and emails on my part to have it looked at 4 months later, in that time they offered me another lounge worth a third of the price I paid for this one, which I didn’t accept. Took another 2 months for them to say yes they accept the quote to have it fixed, I had to call numerous times to find this out. Then they told me I had to call the repairer to arrange it to be fixed. Seriously?? Do your job!! I’ll say it again, ridiculously bad customer service, still not fixed, supposed to happen in May, 8 months after I first reported the fault. NOT HAPPY!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

We purchased bedside drawers from Amart Penrith...boy how far have they come....the quality is great and the staff are great. We had to pick up from the warehouse at Minto and again great service! A pleasant experience all round
