The Frank and Fur team were fabulous to deal with - responsive to emails and questions. A great product that is currently on the balcony where it is washed in the rain (lots in Sydney at the moment). Otis decided it was a bed to start with the grass is that luscious. Luckily he realised once Archie was using it as a bathroom unprompted not to lie there in the sunshine! Much neater and easier to manage than the previous homemade raised garden bed option. Thanks to Frank (and Jake) for this doggie loo!

This is the Best System ever, We absolutely love the quality + simplicity of how the filtering system works. It not only looks fantastic but does what it claims. Jake is literally an email away if u have any questions. This unit has been Made with passion by a dog lover. We have told everyone about this toilet system. This has literally changed our lives. Absolute best solution for my pooch living in a high rise apartment. The loo is a great size, so no mess as no missing the right spot to pee. The service from Jake has been amazing, quick response to a question I had and even a phone chat as I wasn't sure what I was doing when originally setting it up. Seriously the best money I have spent on my dog Oscar. So easy to spray every few days, then a monthly wash and back to brand new. My 2 yr old pooch amazingly took to it immediately and we have never looked back. No more mess and cleaning up on my balcony makes me a happy customer. Great product and service. Highly recommend. Also I will add, the turf is of super quality, so thick and it looks real. Thanks Frank&Fur and your great team!

My puppy Ollie loves his new toilet system- I couldn’t get him to go on the previous system I had which meant I was forever scrubbing the tiles. Now the balcony is clean and both Ollie and I are much happier.Excellent product.
