These folks were unable to deliver my parcel, but also unable to tell me why and unable to try and resolve the probelm. The only thing they could do was return it to the sender.

Only 1 in 3 packages arrive. Deliver to the wrong address or fake your signature and pretend to have delivered. Absolute cowboys. Won't use them or any other company that does. Amazon have made a huge mistake switching to them from Australia Post.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a online order before.Couriers Express, even though i have a tracking number and can track the package, Couriers Express have claimed they never received the package from the original seller. Claimed the tracking update is a mistake" when i asked (i called Couriers Express). Amazon blames Couriers Express

No notification of delivery coming. No attempt at contact. Only get an email from Amazon that a delivery attempt was made. Completely untrue, I was at home and there was no attempt. I am now at work and all I get is an email from Amazon telling ME to contact the courier. Absolutely unprofessional. May report to ombudsman.
