Dulux Trade Centre

I have bought paint from this store several times but really try to only buy from them in emergencies. The staff here are rude, unfriendly and could even go so far to say that one of them is racist. Would not recommend buying from this store as the customer service if you could call it that is deplorable.

I want to say thank you to the entire team at Dulux Bondi Junction. Today there was a serious misunderstanding between me as the customer and them as the customer service team. When I arrived at the store I lost my temper and control of my attitude because I was very frustrated. But the manager and the team listened carefully and helped me to come to a satisfactory resolution of the problem. They also offered me a reasonable discount and extra product for the trouble caused.I realise things don’t always go according to plan and people have misunderstandings.I would highly recommend this Dulux and other Dulux branches because of their courteous service, willingness to listen and ultimately, put the needs of the customer first.What started off as a negative experience has turned me into a Dulux Bondi Junction fan for life.

The attendant was very helpful, came in for a sample pot of paint and they prepared it for me on the spot. Gave me a good price as well. Seems to be the place for paint supplies in the eastern suburbs.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Special thanks to Max and his paint matching skill: I was happy enough with the computer colour match, but he took it one step further, made a minor adjustment, and sure enough it ended up being perfect.

Great place to be studiously ignored. People looking everywhere but at you because then they would have to acknowledge you. Go to your local hardware store in preference to this place

I have had the misfortune over the past 25 years to buy paint from this store. I have always found the staff to be unfriendly, unhappy and disinterested.
