Had a fantastic experience there today. I was having trouble finding toner for my printer and there were stock shortages said to be from COVID-19. Charlie was fantastic and did a ring around for me, the following day Charlie had sourced two cartridges which arrived from interstate the day after - he really went above and beyond.
