Went to do exercise in heated pool told to get out as exercise class that took up whole pool and went and looked 30 min later and only 10 to 15 people in there why did they need whole pool. I am disabled and on exercise can do is pool and is extremely hard getting in and out of big pool. The young guy on front counter couldn't answer any questions and did asked him if we could use heated pool and told no problems and wanted to buy family pass and didn't know about it and EFT was dead

Friendly staff, great facilities. Really good pool for young kids, indoor pool was a nice temperature and was easy to get in and out of even for my elderly mother in law who has knee problems, the shallow shelf in the 1m deep pool was great for our toddler and the depth meant we didn't have to worry about our older child too much either. Will definitely be back

Hello there,Having used the pools regularly for decades, I am grateful for such a facility. I do have a few disappointments though. While money has been splashed on new change rooms, the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. The women's have been smelly for months and the floor looks stained/dirty.It is now getting cooler and the main pool would greatly benefit from being covered overnight to maintain a user-friendly temperature for as long as possible. Unfortunately, despite blankets being available they do not appear to be used. There seems to be enough staff around that this job would not be too much of a burden. The Council can be proud for encouraging its community members to develop and maintain healthy activities such as swimming. The use of blankets would ensure people can enjoy the outside pool for longer thus keeping the heated indoor pool for those who really need it such as the physically challenged be it through age or being unfortunate.Thank you for your consideration.Muriel Strahm
