David and his crew were great to deal with and the awning looks amazing. I love our markilux awning and we have had so many comments from friends about how great it looks. They also did a meticulous job at installing the blind, even fixing up parts of the slate roof that had slipped and removing old wind sensors. They went over and above and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After enjoying our German made blind for some 18 months I inadvertently left it fully extended for five weeks during high August wind storms at our holiday home. Expecting the worst it looked in original condition. After contacting Blinds in Mind; Dave and the boys called in the same day and gave it some complimentary adjustments. Any other blind would have been in shreds. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and its attitude to after sales service. Top class business.

We have a holiday house in Loch Sport, Gippsland, David and his team installed a motorised, retractable awning. David and his team provide awesome service, an awesome product, and outstanding after sales service. The blind has been installed for a coupe years now, the property, sits one street back from Lake Victoria and is extremely high, thus the blind is exposed to significant extreme weather, so much so that during a storm event the pelmet became disfigured. David and his team were up there as soon as possible to repair / replace the damaged pelmet, at no cost to me. As I said above, very easy to deal with, awesome customer service, advice and after sales service, highly recommend this business.

I would never buy another blind from them. David said he rang 3 times to say the blind was ready i never got a call/ message. After ringing them I got it installed. That night the blind was going up by itself ,they hadn't installed the locks to hold it down. Next we were out and the bad weather tore part of the blind off, rang Dave said he would come around Monday, I waited all day, no one came. I rang him again, he said he got the date wrong. A few weeks later I have a bit of resistance putting the blind up, and when I went to pull it down, it came flying down the spring had broken. Had to get them out again, after they left my husband pulled down the blind and it wasn't in its track, so another phone call was made to David he said he would ring back Monday which he didn't. I shopped locally ,to keep our area in business. I should have gone with Stratco.

Blinds in Mind were very professional and easy to deal with when ordering our blinds. They advised and recommended the blinds that would be best suited to our needs in the park. They bent over backwards to deliver the blinds within our tight time frame. We would highly recommend them.
