Tracey is the perfect coach for women in their 40s and 50s (or older!). She believes that gaining health and achieving weight loss is possible at any age. She starts with the beliefs that you have around food. Changing your beliefs -> changes your behaviour -> changes your life.Thanks to Tracey, I have re-wired my thinking around food, and I have completely changed the way that I eat. I am totally loving fruit, vegetables and healthy foods with only the occasional indulgence (which I enjoy even more now that I no longer judge myself for it). I am feeling healthier and I am losing weight at a pace that is right for me.Tracey is one of the most non-judgemental people I have ever met. It is so nice to talk to someone who is totally on your side. She quickly builds a trust between you so that you feel like you can tell her anything – which makes her the perfect coach IMHO. I was a little intimidated by the thought of one-on-one coaching, until I tried it. It’s the best thing I ever did for my health.
