Maitland Asian Take Away

We chose this place purely on the 5 star reviews it has received. Throughout the hour that we were there, there was only two customers that came in to order on a Friday night.The dumplings were great.The fried rice was so sad. It was the most unimpressive that I had seen.My plum pork tasted like the pork had been cooked twice. Cooked and then reheated. I felt concerned as I ate it and I left most of the Pork.My husband ordered Mongol Beef and his beef was really chewy. I actually stole a piece when he first got it and I had to spit it out because I couldn’t chew it. The next morning my husband most likely had food poisoning. We cannot say for sure it was the Mongolian beef, however I can say that my husband was so unwell. Whether or not it was the food, I don’t know, however it does seem rather coincidental.Either way, the food wasn’t impressive in itself and I certainly couldn’t recommend it.

Restaurant is super friendly with their customer service. All the food I ordered I enjoyed very much. The Singapore noodles were much better than others I’ve had in the past from other restaurants. Everything was nice and hot when it arrived. Definitely would order here again.

Stock standard Chinese takeaway. Fast & friendly service. Nice food.

Nice portions and delicious Asian cuisine. Fair pricing.

Great food. Fresh and yummy. Friendly staff. This is now my “Go To” for Asian food in Maitland
