Absolute rip off/terrible workmanship! Not only to mention the ridiculous overprice, I had a routine service with brake pads/rotors replaced also. Only to find once home that the main bolts holding the brake assembly to the car were finger tight! The only reason they get customers is because of road side location close to well off suburbs. DO NOT take your car to this sham of a mechanic!!!

As a first-time 'mechanic visitor' (I usually do my own repairs), I was hesitant to take my baby to just anybody, with a major tailshaft failure. After some research, I found Chris and his euro experience. Down-to-earth nature and realistic repairs. He was patient while I ordered aftermarket parts from interstate and overseas and is a real car enthusiast. He took the effort of checking other points in the car, and gave me a few ideas for other issues with his vast VW/Audi experience. Thanks very much Chris and team!

Have been a loyal customer of Bobs and then Chris, when he took over the business. In that time I've had 2 vehicles serviced both of which were done in a timely manner and both got back to me in noticeably better shape then when I left them. I'd definitely continue to use there service on my personal toys. Keep up the good work Cris and Team.

We’ve been with Chris for over 15 years and 5 cars (and counting) and every time we’ve driven the cars home it’s been with a smile.Chris has always impressed us with his care and diligence. He regularly has prestigious cars in the shop. But he gives our modest machines the same attention as the classic and iconic vehicles sitting alongside.He’s always kept our cars running smooth, strong and reliable. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

PLEASE PLEASE do your research if you are looking at coming here. I would not recommend this place at all. We learnt our lesson coming here. I wish google review wouldn't make me give this place a star!edit** not a fake review. we have an invoice and receipts. my partner and i took his VW GTI in and we had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. when the mechanic rang bob romano to get an idea what he had done to it so they could fix it they were not helpful or honest at all.after taking the car there 3 times to be looked & fixed" there was no care or follow up. we didnt come back to talk to your business because there was no care. the car was to be honest worse after being taken in. parts were broken & missing after being taken in to your business."

Waiting for a coffee next door so I was looking at the cars in the car park. I was abruptly asked to leave because it's a work area" and "people scratch the cars and we have to pay for that". I was not touching

Very honest and thorough. We always feel confident taking our Renault there. Friendly and helpful service. Also great for Toyota - our every day drive... goes above and beyond with attention to detail.

I have seen the old woman that works there abuse so many people in the car park including disabled people, and emergency services. She is absolutely unhinged. No wonder these guys were on ACA.

I have been dealing with Bob & Chris for more than 20 years. My own personal vehicles have always been Tuned here. My most recent 1950 pickup truck was tuned by Chris and does not miss a beat.
