Berrima river walk
Berrima may be a beautiful heritage town but I found it to be impractical as a camping destination. The general store is a cafe now so you have to shop before you arrive. Wish I had known this. The camping spots near the river are inundated with noise from the park and have people constantly walking through from the Scout Camp. Wouldnt stay again.

Berrima river walk
We visited the walk mid week on a sunny morning in February and were able to park in the shade. We were able to take our little doggy. The walk is mostly flat and dry although it looked like it could be muddy in places after rain.The walk had a number of photos along the way depicting a very interesting history. A very enjoyable walk.

Berrima river walk
It’s a nice walk but the path is narrow, not flat, through the bush, and has dangerous holes so you have to be careful. On the up side there is nice scenery.

Berrima river walk
This a historic place. There are lot of stories about world war & brave soldiers. I visited second time this place. There is river walking are beside river.Highly recommended.

Crowded and lacked parking. The toilets were awful. Doesn’t seem like there is a cleaning regiment.

Berrima river walk
A lovely, easy walk along the river in berrima. Historical markers about the German Internment Camp in the area, and you can take your dog which is nice!

Easy walk, interesting to read the historical plaques, but need to use your imagination.

Berrima river walk
Very interesting plaques about the German internment camp. Was quite muddy and slippery and mum ended up covered in mud. Also there's a large tree across part of the path that we clambered over.
