Staff are friendly and courteous.. Everything (every inch) of the place was and always is absolutely filthy. Expensive dirty fast food dining at it’s feral finest..

Staff had no idea what they were doing.Waited over half an hour for food and coffee was cold.As we were driving I went to eat my cheeseburger and the wrapping was open in bag,had a few bites tasted funny, I smelt the meat it was off.Will never go back worst Mc Donalds ever.

Got a large coffee and large sundae for my terminal ill mother.. Through the drive thru. about the same amt of ice cream for a small sundae. More profit that way I suppose ..

02/01/23 22:34 Very upset! I got an ubereats delivery and it was missing a chips and had the wrong meat on the burger, we drove over to the store to see if we could get it fixed the manger had the worst attitude about the whole ordeal, we asked if we could have everything fresh as it was now cold, they didn't give us fresh meat, nuggets or chips, the manager started going off at her counter worker for asking if we wanted it fresh which was absolutely disgusting behaviour and she shouldn't be a manager with that attitude, she was smiling at the back of house staff thinking it was funny that we got the wrong meat so I wouldn't be surprised if she allowed it in the first place. As someone who has worked in a McDonald's I am utterly confused as to how the wrong meat was put on the wrong burger in the first place it feels absolutely deliberate and that the meat of the new burger was at minimum ten minutes old so my question is why was this wrong in the first place I've provided pictures of the food because this was ridiculous, I am utterly disappointed and disgusting at this manager's behaviour I hope she get reprimanded for these actions.

Travelling through to grab a quick coffee, and frozen for the kids, it took 20 minutes for them to get 1 frozen. Mr 16 went In grabbed the first part of the order and went back and got the manager thinking he's lying and playing games though it was an online prepaid order. A 5 minute stopped turned 30 minutes ridiculous!

Food is decent but the service here is beyond appalling. Just because you’re busy and cannot handle stress, it’s not the customers fault. 100% of the time, they’ve “blamed us” for being busy. Please do your job appropriately and if you cannot handle the stress, leave, because this job isn’t for you.

14/9/22 @ 1410.Drive through service disgraceful. While ordering she kept speaking over me while ordering. Had to redo order. Then get to the first window to pay and the young man was sitting on the counter at the window with his back to me and speaking over his shoulder. Only once I said I can’t hear you did he stand up and face me.Then comes the food. With,I don’t know what was on the outside of the box. I know I ordered no pickles & no onions but I definitely didn’t order half a slice of cheese.

Order 2 x 1/4 pounder meals for my children at the drive through, asked for no onion, no mustard, no salt &pepper and No pickles, got home to find only got the meat patties, one with a bit of sauce on it, no bun, no cheese etc. I had to wait in the waiting bay for about 20 minutes to receive this disaster.

One star is too generous for this place. Minus 5 would be appropriate. Have given many chances and opportunities over the years. The only things consistent with this hole is the disappointment you get when you open your order and half is missing or your have to assemble your meal like at IKEA. Order via the app takes your money but they tell you at the window it hasn't been approved and want you to make payment again even after showing your missing monies from bank account. Dining in as a whole other experience, over flowing bins, filthy floors and no staff offering to clean it. Proceed with extreme caution if ever purchasing from this establishment.

This McDonald's can be a hit or miss. Often when I have ordered a Mcflurry it's melted before my order is ready to hand out. Quite disappointing when you want ice cream. The fries are often cold and have never been fresh to order when I have visited. Sometimes the fries are over cooked which makes them dry. I recommend asking for fresh fries so your not disappointed.
