Asked for you's to go light on the cheese, my pizza came with double the cheese and barely any sauce! Extremely frustrating how expensive you are but can only do a decent pizza and get the order right once in maybe 50 pizzas and that's me being generous

Wouldn’t bother ordering food from this place it’s a complete waste of time, we ordered food and waited 3 hours for our food (we are in the same suburb), called 4 times and was told to wait longer every time and we never ended up getting anything, we have tried calling the restaurant to complain but can’t get through. People look forward to delivered food and clearly this business cannot provide the service which is disappointing. Ended up getting food elsewhere as HGP is hopeless.

Ordered at 8:10pm, told 45 minute wait- that’s fine. Order still hadn’t arrived at 9:10pm. Tried phoning the shop to see if order was still coming no answer- tried calling 6 times only to confirm if order still coming or not and no answer. Order arrived at 9:40pm no apology from delivery driver. Pizza cold and seafood pizza soggy. Nicks special undercooked and not cut. Garlic bread also not cooked.NOT ordering again- very disappointed.

Need a better ordering system, or someone just on phones. ALWAYS takes forever to get through, either an engaged dial signal or they don't answer. Tonight took me 20 mins to get through (54 calls before it got answered.) And this happens every time I order , takes at least 10 mins to get through.Pizza is always good though!

Good pizza. Nick's Special and The Aussie went down well. If I had a criticism, another 1 minute in the oven would have been nice.

Placed order at 4.45. Pasta put in oven and cooked then left on bench in q0 mins at 5.30 still no pizza only to find they had been made left on the bench and never put in oven. When I complained manager yelled at me. I will never order here again

Ordered Nick's special,meat lovers, Palermo and tandoori chicken.Palermo and tandoori dull overcooked and tasteless. Very disappointed.
