Vinepower

I had a great experience working the last 2 months in Margaret River. Sometimes the work is unpredictable as is the nature of the industry, but the farm I was working on always did it's best to give us hours or something to do in between picking. All my pay cheques were detailed, easy to understand, and on time. I didn't deal with the office much, but any interaction was always friendly and professional. I met some awesome people along the way, had a lot of fun, and gained more knowledge about the industry in my short time working in the vineyards. Lastly, a shout out to Cassio for being a great supervisor. His laid-back, but professional leadership style made it pleasure to be a part of his team.

I started working for vinepower in 2017 and they have been great! If you are motivated and work hard the money is there as well as an awesome experience to meet heaps of great people. Plus the whole team from the office to the supervisors are brilliant. I can't recommend this place more to be honest.

I had such a positive experience working for Vinepower. I had work as soon as I got to Margaret River picking grapes and working on a vineyard. The staff are super friendly and helpful in the office and I've never had a problem with anything! Would definitely work for Vinepower in the future! Thank you!

I worked for Vinepower for about two months now and really enjoying my time working for this company. Very reliable, organized and super friendly staff. Here you can meet people from all over and makes the job more fun and interesting. Really to be rocomended!

Enjoyed working with Vinepower for second year visa, friendly supervisors (most of them!) and receptionists are very helpful too. If you don't mind working outdoors and you're in a good team you can have a great time while making a bit of money!

Working for vine power was not a great decision. We did the grape picking season . Firstly we didn't get the text saying we are working the following morning till 9pm some evenings . The price per bucket is so low and because most of the pics were smalls picks , we couldn't earn enough money for a day's work too actually count for a day. Some days we work 7 days in a row and it only counted for 3 days off our 88 days. While picking grapes we never earned over 500 dollars in a single week. We questioned this and the response we got was 'pick faster'. There is also alot of hanging around waiting for work and most weeks we didn't get full weeks work.My advice is don't work for these people and try too find a job where you work direct too the farm and actually earn minimum wage with your presence being appreciated.

They do the best for you to find some sort of job! you will get a good paid if you have good motivation and do hard work! Also you will meet awesome people and have a nice experience with them:) if you are lucky you can get a top quality of bottle of wine from vineyard! Enjoy Margs!

I recently completed my regional work with Vinepower and I thoroughly enjoyed it.Lots of work and the staff are very friendly and helpful.. Very competitive rates of pay and great teams to work on.Could not recommend them highly enough for any backpackers looking for work!
