For context: my partner needed to shorten a pair of pants.The Asian lady working on Saturday morning was very rude and dismissive. She was passive aggressive from the start but we ignored her behavior because it was early in the day and we thought she was just grumpy. Upon providing my contact details, she laughed at my name and then apologized sarcastically. We left confused but hopeful that the pant would be ready by Sunday (she said she wasn’t sure but would probably have it done by Sat afternoon). As we were leaving the mall after an hour, my partner thought to check if it had been completed. We returned to the shop and the lady was playing on her phone. She picked up the pant and handed it to my partner without looking up. She took the receipt and discarded it. Once again we didn’t think too much. I then asked if he could try it on and she rolled her eyes and said fine. The pants looked uneven in length so I asked the lady if she could check them for us. Rather than doing that, she started yelling at me and said no it was not uneven. She continued defending herself by yelling at me. I then asked her why she was getting angry, and she replied that I should be grateful that she allowed my partner to try on the pant upon pickup (don’t most people try them on?). She then walked off huffing and puffing. My partner changed and she was nowhere to be found. We took the pant and left. I went home and checked the pant, only to see that one leg was longer than the other. We paid $15 and I would happily pay more and wait longer for a better tailor. This place was recommended to me because their service was ‘fast’, but I will never return. The service and staff do not match up to to other reviews. Maybe some people have been lucky but the treatment we received on the weekend was not acceptable. I don’t understand what we did wrong - we asked for a paid service, not a favour.

This is the second time I have used Quickfit Alterations. First time they did an absolute wonderful job of shorting sleeves on a motorcycle leather jacket to the point that if I didn't tell you it had been altered you would never know.So happy with the service first time around I went back to see if they could fix a problem that was done at another alteration store and if they could do it the same day. Not only did they do the job within an hour of me dropping it off they fixed the problem with out a hitch. I walked away a very happy and satisfied customer.Thank you again and I will be back when I need further work. Cheers

I had to alter my pants , they were so busy and yet they still managed to fit me in and do the best of jobs.Great customer service as well.

BEST IN THE BUSINESS…. Firstly the shop is immaculate, very clean and tidy. The service was very fast and professional, honestly have not had this kind of customer service this good in a long time. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, I am so glad I found this alterations shop, I will continue to use and will recommend to anyone looking for top notch services. Will never ever be coming back to this place again. my skirt needed a quick hem done as i needed it back the same day for an event i had on at night, so i thought id bring it in around 10 before i went to work and the guy who served me and my mum was very rude and not approachable at all, as well as the lady who works there. I told him the situation and that I needed it done by atleast 4pm the latest as i was going out at night and he said yes 4pm it will be ready and i’ll receive a text once completed. I never got a text and it was approaching 4pm so my mum decided to just show up and see if it was ready, only to rock up there and be told that he forgot about it and hasn’t started on it! yeah i get that you may be busy or whatever, but don’t promise something you can’t commit to. Anyways, my mum waited 15 minutes for him to quickly do the hem, which should’ve been done way before 4pm like promised. Horrible service and won’t be returning i can tell you that now.

Gave them a few pairs of pants to shorten and taper. They said it will take one week. After the week, they returned the pants to me without even touching them. So I called them up and returned the pants to them to fix it up. They then gave me the pants back another week later without tapering them in. Just shortened them. And that too, to the wrong measurement. Didn't want to bother with goin back to them and risking any further hassle. So just went to another tailor to fix them up. Just wasted almost three weeks of my time and my money. While the people who own and operate the business are nice people (which is the only reason behind the three stars), I will probably never go back to them again.

I visited this store last week to get my dress shortened and received the best customer service and amazing results. The staff are incredibly helpful and understanding. Their work was exceptional !!

Professional and friendly, new exactly what we wanted to achieve. Dress was delicate and needed a steady hand, Wissam did an exceptional job! Can not recommend highly enough.
